Lead Instructor: Aaron Miller
Aaron Miller, founder of Central Coast Tactical, LLC, has an extensive background in law enforcement, firearms, less than lethal weapons, and the laws surrounding their use and possession. Central Coast Tactical is an FFL 07 / SOT: Dealer and Manufacturer of Firearms & NFA Items.
Aaron strongly believes in personal responsibility, firearms safety, and 2A activism. In 2018, Aaron founded Students For Firearms Safety at San Jose State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies with a Minor in Forensic Studies.

Master Firearms Instructor: Steve Odom
Steve served four years in the United States Marines as an Infantryman, fireteam leader and squad leader. He was meritoriously promoted several times and awarded the “Navy and Marine Corps Medal” for heroism.
He recently retired at the rank of sergeant after serving 29 years at the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office.
Steve spent 17 years on the SWAT Team and was twice awarded the “Medal of Valor”.
He has been a law enforcement firearms instructor for over 27 years and rose to the position of Senior Range Master for the sheriff’s office.
Steve is a lifelong martial artist studying various traditional martial arts, Muay Thai, western boxing and Brazilian Jui Jitsu. He has boxed competitively at the amateur level and holds a blue belt in BJJ.
He is currently the CEO and Lead instructor of Spartan Tactical Solutions firearms training company located in San Luis Obispo.

Firearms Instructor: Daniel Palumbo
Daniel Palumbo, Central Coast Tactical's Asst. Instructor and Range Safety Officer, has a broad range of experience and has been carrying a firearm for employment for the last 15 years. He has Served in the US Military, and has been employed as a Police Officer and a state certified Armed Guard (Washington). He has worked for the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office, Hanford Police Department and the Morro Bay Police Department. He has Served as a Detective, Motor Officer, Explorer Advisor, Homeless Liaison Officer, and Patrol Officer.
Daniel holds the following qualifications:

5 Years Active Duty Military, Naval Security Forces
2 Deployments to the Persian Gulf

Firearms Instructor: Andrew Ingraffia
Andrew Ingraffia, Central Coast Tactical's Asst. Instructor and Range Medical Officer, has worked armed professionally in the government and civilian sectors for the last 16 years. He began his career serving 8 years with the DOD, having multiple combat deployments to the middle east. Those years were followed by entering the civilian sector of the firearms industry as both an instructor and salesman. He found his true passion within the industry was for educating others and has pursued that ambition ever since. Andrew has enjoyed working with civilians and the law enforcement community in both California and Texas. He has years of experience of teaching at all levels from introductory handgun courses to advanced combative techniques. Andrew has been certified as a Nationally Registered EMT (NREMT) and is currently a volunteer EMT at a local hospital Emergency Room and Outpatient Recovery.

Firearms Instructor: Brian Martinelli
Brian has worked in Law Enforcement since 2007. With a commitment to advancing law enforcement training and public safety, his expertise lies in firearms instruction, leadership development, and business analysis, supported by certifications in management training and various POST specializations.
Brian holds the following qualifications:
MS in Forensic Criminology with a specialty in Officer Involved Shootings and Human Factor Analysis.

Dave Pabinquit, Central Coast Tactical's Firearms Instructor and Mental Health Instructor, has an extensive background in Psychology, mental health, firearms, range safety, and concealed carry weapons.
